LDPE Polyethylene Shrink (WRAP) Film
Shrink Wrap film is made blend of heavy duty LDPE (low density
polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) on blown film
extruder with rotary die attachment to get uniform thickness and better
surface finish. The film is made as per the requirement of the customer
in the form of
- Centre fold film with one side slit, tightly wound into a paper core for L bar sealing and shrinking application
- High clarity and gloss shrink pouches three side sealed and one side open
- Flat film wound in to roll form (wide width up to 1500 mm) for wrapping of shippers, paper bundles, glass bottles, pallets etc.
- Micro Perforated film

Advantages
Protects from duct, moisture, humidity and contamination. Enhanced
product appearance due to better contact clarity, tamper and pilfer
proof, as the content are visible (see through). Low cost of packing as
outer cardboard is avoided (tray packing)
Environmental status
The product is environmental friendly and the post consumer waste can
be easily recyclable. The post consumer waste should not be mixed up
other waste and should be collected and segregated easy recycling.
